Not only does a "proto-saber" allow for a very large battery solution, it also lets you use a MUCH larger speaker, properly enclosed.

60 watts is possible to do with 4 18650s. While not easy 4 can fit in a 12 inch hilt. I think the real problem becomes heat. 25 watts needs a fan 40 watts needs a more powerful fan with excellent air flow. At 60 watts you need a fan that is so loud it will compete with the soundboard.
