Consilium with ultimate econo board by Rhyen Skytracker

Here is a saber I picked up and added sound to. I am using one of the new Ultimate Economy sound boards in it with a 4 AA akaline battery pack. I am only using 3 of the 5 LED circuits (I fried 2 of the on-board transistors during testing) and was still able to get 1100 mA through the board. I would recommend using 4 AA NiMH with this board. This board has improved by not having the blinking on power on/off and even though it still has the blink on clash it is a much faster blink and it doesn't look too bad.

Nicely done Wade - that sound board does seem like a step up from the old econo board.
Might have to get one of those myself.

Ultimate Economy sound boards? Is that from the lil FX look-a-likes, for what is it 50 bucks?
BTW, I love that Red. You don't see much color on sabers. Nice to see that. Good choice on the white LED too. a Red one whould be too much to me.
