I'd have to say that CSS has the fastest shipping department of any company i have ever delt with. I ordered some of Tim's Latest items just after lunch EST and here it is 10:00pm and my order has already been picked up by ups and is in another state by know. Keep up the great job. Truly a service oriented company.

Orders like yours with nothing to do but box some stuff up I try to ship the same day or next day atleast.

I order Alot of Parts at my day job and it seems to take days to get things from them that are already boxed up and have only to go a few miles. Your cross country service beats what some dealerships take to get their stuff a few miles up the road! Again Thanks

I agree. I ordered a few led kits, they were ordered on, I believe, Sunday which is usually a day off for most and by Wed. were boxed and shiped. Now one week later to the day ups has them marked for delivery tomarrow, Mon. I have worked profesionally in the automotive field since the age of 17 and have switched as of 4 years ago to tattoo artistry. In both fields if you wanted something you had 3 choices, fast, cheap and easy. no matter how hard you tried you could only have any 2 of those at the same time i.e. if you want it cheap and easy it wouldnt be fast, and well you get the rest. Here at CSS you can actually have them all- unheard of from what I am used to. So from me and, I am sure, everyone here...Thank you Tim, you continue to provide us all with outstanding service.

yep, i agree. Tim sends the stuff out super fast. now then, im not real happy with UPS, myself. one order from Tim took 2 weeks to get here. so i have been having him switch to USPS instead. and my stuff gets here within 3 to 5 days. guess UPS must be having heck, cause of X-MAS shipping. hey, tim, any woed yet on the diffusers arrival? i know, this is'nt the right topic for that question, but hey, what the heck, right? LOL
