New to the Forum

Hey all, just wanted to pretty much say that!
I'm new here but I did use this forum quite a bit to help me with my first build! So thank you all for posting such useful info on here for newbs like me to view hehe!

I'll probably spend a lot of time reading through everything! Lol. I see a lot of very interesting and adventurous builds on here and I'm eager to start another build and make it a little more shiny

Sounds as if your already on your way with some idea's for that next build .. IF you have any questions or sketchs/concepts/renders/mhs pics(to share) post them up (personally) I just love to see how everyones personality is reflected in the various builds (its just thousands of combinations out there).

Well my initial design for my next one is this:



With black O-rings in the small ridges on the main body and in the large ridges I was thinking about brown leather strips, to make it look a little older.
I like my lightsabers to look almost simplistic and old.
Gonna have the crystal showing and lit up red in the section with cut-out grooves.
I have an LED switch and 2 LED indicators coming as well to place on there somewhere to add extra detail.
I don't know all the technical names xD lol, I'm not that good (yet ) but I really enjoyed making my first one so I can't wait for my parts for this one .. which are on order now
