FWIW, any SD or Micro SD under 4 gb is getting ot be hard to find. Everything has gone to the HC cards. If the PC doesn't support the HC format it'll need an update soon.
I was actually happy to see that Tim has them, for that exact reason. I've been looking for a few to plant live *nix distribs on, and can't find them anywhere.

Your sound settings should be 16 bit 22050hz, mono.

Is this common for SD cards?
I have used CF cards for my photography work for... ages. NEVER had a SINGLE issue.
Then i hear horror stories left and right from friends with their amateur DSLR's that uses SD cards... Corrupted photos, corrupted card (can't be formatted, etc etc)...
