    This one was requested from the owner of the company i work for...hopefully i won't be fired on Monday..lol

    Machined and polished Alum. hilt and grip.
    Hand cut Alum. shroud.
    MPS insert 7
    Hammered finish green paint for accents.
    36"x1" thick walled blade. Corbin+cellophane.
    Green Rebel led.
    Blue dot AV switch.
    MR sound.
    3.7 Li-Ion battery.
    In hilt recharge set up.

    Nice job! Like the flowing design of the shroud and the slight step-off near the emitter. Are those washers underneath the button heads in the grip?

    Well done! The shourd work looks clean and well balanced and I like the use of the countersunk washers as an accent. I would've painted the ring around the emitter green for a tie in, but that's personal taste. Keep up the good work!

    Those look like finish washers under the button head screws.
