Copper might be a good one.
I've only seen them in nickle and black. Are there any pictures of the other colors or is this something that you would be having custom made? It would be nice to see some options before I chime in.

I think your regular 'metallic' colors will sell nicely..
gold, copper, brushed....
I am NOT a huge fan of colors in sabers.. so (in my mind) I dont see reds, blue..etc being a big hit.. (but ya never know)
Black Chrome could look cool.
Brushed or dull metal is at the top of my list, followed closely by nickel and brass.
Other than black, the only non-metallic colors I can imagine being at all versatile would be a basic red and maybe an off-white.
However, if tortoise-shell becomes an option, ignore all of my previous comments. That stuff is classy.
