Created a layer for the color overlay, use the Rectangular Marquee tool to fit each section I want to color, use the Paint Bucket tool (with the appropriate color) to fill the Marquee areas, then adjust the Opacity to the density I like (in this case 65%), then Flatten Image. Easy-peasy!
