Default Mace Windu FX board - can I use a SPST switch

Greetings all! I am looking for help from our most venerable masters as I work on my 3rd MHS saber. I am building a claymore, (40" blade!) and I came across an issue. The sound board I have is a MR Mace Windu, with the 4 wire switch. I was really hoping to use a guarded SPST switch in the pommel with MPS insert #10. Is there anyway to use that board successfully with a SPST switch? If not, I know I can get an AV switch and MPS insert #11, but I really wanted not to have to drill holes in my pommel (3v2) for the sound.

    Any ideas would be appreciated.

    Yours in Service,
    Atomic

Yes, I found that. I want to know if there's a way to wire it to an SPST switch, or if DPDT is my only option.

    Thanks!

When your lightsabers gutter and die in your hands,
your blaster packs run dry of charge,
your words of power dry up in your throat and I am still standing,
    what will you do then?

No, a SPST will NOT work. It must be a SPDT or DPDT switch. You need to close one set of contacts while you open the other ones.
