I have not actually seen 4kHz EL inverters where I've shopped. Not in a small package that will fit in a saber. Most of those are only 2kHz, if it even gives the specs, so I don't know where Tim got those.

2kHz or 4kHz, i don't know which they are, but i do know a place to get them... unfortunately, while it's still in the store here i can't link to them. (and i don't actually know which ones will fit in a saber AND run on the same power supply...
