1st hilt trouble....

Ok I have had my hilt built for about a week now. I think it looks sweet I will het it powder coated in 2 weeks and buy the blade parts today. Ok so my first troubles started with the lens and lens holder nothing snapped togeather so I ground the sides of the lens so it fit the holder, but the lens holder was loose in the blade holder. I then put a tinny washer between the blade holder and the lens holder, hey and it worked...but as it tightens the LED spun braiding the wires.... So the cramfu job sucks too lol I van bearly get my battery pack out and it's awful. I figured when I take the saber apart for coating I will fix everything and suggestions on good cramfuing? I only have a pommel, 7 inch main hilt and a blade holder. I also have a Obi Econo board, 4 aaa pack and premium speacker

Dose your heatsink allow for nylon screws to hold the LED in place or is it a custom heatsink?

It's a tcss heat sink. It's ok though i fixed that prob.
