Nope. Nothing official from Bioware yet, save for "Spring 2011".
People were saying it was going to be march 31st, but nope. People have said April release also, and if not April it will be September probably.
But with all the new content coming out, I'm confident it will be reasonably soon.

As for release date, I speculate September or November, one month before or after the next biggest EA release Battlefield 3.
