(Seriously though, swtor.com doesn't like other browsers. Are you using Internet Explorer? If not try it with that. I found it didn't like chrome at all, so i used IE and it worked fine.)

+++EDIT: Application sent via Safari without issue. Also, the entire guild HQ system has a few well-known bugs if you check out the bug forum. Amongst them are interface problems (as J-Lo describes) and forum problems (editing posts often makes them disappear, etc)+++

also, i had to use FF to actually make the guild, so that should work too.

Ok, finally got the Apply to guild to work. For me, it was as simple as zooming out my browser screen.
