The version of Troops on there is one I encoded to DivX AVI from DVD format (it was on a DVD that came with a magazine called "Total Movie" that later changed their name to "InsideDVD").

When it doesn't load, click the stop button in your browser, click up in the address bar and press Enter to start reloading the page or after stopping it, refresh the page. Again it can act up at times and other times it opens up right away, all of this happening within a matter of seconds between each attempt. Weird I know.
