    Default Ahsoka Inspired Saber

I just finished my Ahsoka inspired saber. I designed this saber to be a reverse grip saber. I finally have green saber. All the other green sabers I built were for other people. All pvc construction, aluminum mini bunny ears, 1" trans white thick walled blade stock, 5 degree lens, p4 green led, resistor, 1- 18650 Li-ion Trustfire 3.7V, red dot latching guarded switch, recharge port, covertec wheel, & red anodized screw.

Thank you everyone. I really appreciate it. Cannibal, are you referring to the wood trim I used for the grips on my Starkiller inspired saber? Here are two pics. I used wood trim that I found at Jo ann fabrics. I cut the trim to the sizes they needed to be. I then took sand paper & wrapped it around a piece of pvc & sanded the backs down so the pieces of trim would have a curve on the back that would fit flush with the pvc.

Actually, DM I was asking about something different - there was a tutorial somewhere either here or on FX where you said that you use wood inserts and put them into the PVC, then dremel off the outside part 1/2 at a time. I think you use these as sort of threaded anchors for 8-32 screws?

*side note* but that wood trim thing is all sorts of awesome too!
