I'm not to sure about the dimensions of the battery so you should verify that for sure.

The blade holder with the heatsink and led star with the lens mount and lens is about 3.25" when you get it all together.
As for the obi wan hasbro board it's about 1 3/4" x 5/8" x roughly 3/8" 'thick' with all the wire nubs on one side and the clash sensor etc on the other.

And if you didn't think about it, the space to mount your momentary switch.
And you might want to rethink not having a resonating space for the speaker.
And where you'll mount the swing sensor(s).

It'll take a bit. What I found that helped me was stacking components, and not hard wiring things until you're sure you've got them where you want them. Good luck!

I'm going to get both batteries just to make sure to get the most power allowed for the space. and the rest of the horn will serve as the resonating chamber.
