    Default Inside demensions of a replica graflex

    Hey guys I went ahead and bought th ANH greflex replica. I need to build a chasis for it and I was wondering if any of you guys knew the inside diameter of the saber. I dont want my electronics bouncing around the hilt and the MHS chasis parts are to small. Any help would be apreciated!

    According to the new digital calipers I got and measured on the kit from the Store I bought a month or so back and has graced the top of my desk ever since, the interior dimension is 1.395 in across (35.44mm). I can't measure the diameter of the LED module, because I've got it screwed into the hilt. Hope that helps.

    So maybe 1-1/4 inch pvc pipe would work. What do you think?

    Yes it should, use sink tube extensions. I'm pretty sure that's what MHS is designed around.
