    Wow that's some awesome work!

    I'm fairly new to the whole saber scene but i have been reading A TON on the forums to learn about how to make one myself. A lot of what i know comes from the posts of the more experienced people like yourself.

    I was thinking about using a sleeve for my first construction as well. If you don't mind me asking, how was it that you were able to cut the sleeve so precisely?

    My favorite chrome saber yet. The pc and shroud are very nice. CP works well in that pommel. Very cool Jay

    Nah, I have enough "Saber Series" too keep track of already.

    Oddly enough I used to do that for a living before I got my current job.

    And yes, the bottom of the saber might look better with a couple of Qui-gon-ish cut outs on it, but I'd have to dismantle it again to do that, and I just don't want to take the chance of damaging something in the process. I'm not sure what cutting into the powder coating will do to it, either. I'd hate to "burn it" or have it start flaking off.
