Yeah, admittedly last year I didn't realize that it was kosher to submit photo collages as a single picture. I doubt it would have changed anyone's results. The sabers all spoke for themselves. LM, maybe instead of increasing the photo limit you could just clarify the rules on photo collages so that new contestants will have every chance available to them to win.
Photo collages are okay, but they picture has to be 800x600 pixels overall. I wouldn't go too crazy with them though. Chaos did a good job of using a few detail pics inside of a larger pic

I was just about to post that I'm glad that this is happening again this year, when I saw people moaning about having one more pic. But as other have said, do what I did last year. Do one main large pic with one or two smaller detailed ones in the corners. Incase you've forgotten, like this:
