Question on 03 MR Vader ANH conversion

so I have a 03 vader I got years ago and it takes 6 AA batteries, what I want to know is whats the best led to run with these battery packs and is this thing going to be brighter than my converted hasbro fx's, I have a red Luxeon Rebel Star but idk if it would get fried or not from all the batteries.Whst size blade am I going to have to run with this, because I tried sliding my ultraedge 1" in the hilt bit it wont fit its a little to big, and one more thing how do I wire up the negative wire, I have a red,orange, and brown wire going to the clash sensor, and the rest went to the blade strip
