Battery Packs?

Hi guys. I am currently starting my second saber. I'm using a recharge port, econo board, and a p4 led. And yes I am using all the other fixing like the pnp, etc, etc. My question is can i use a 7.2v li ion battery with 750 mah cap. with this set up? Or would it be better to use a 7.2v Li ion battery with 22000mah cap?

the only difference there is runtime. personally though, i would just use a single 18650, drop the 5V regulator, and go from there.
