    Default blade sizes

    does anyone know if tims blade will work with one of Ultra's luke conversions? i think i might of read that it doesn't fit but i could be wrong.

    Ultra's Luke ROTJ uses a stock MR blade and holder which is smaller than the 1 inch poly-c blade that Tim sells. In order to make it fit you would have to sand the blade where it fits into the blade to make it fit in the Luke ROTJ mr saber.

    how much would that effect the strenght of the blade?

    The effect on the blade is not a facter since you are only sanding a small amount off, my guess would be about 1-2 mm would do the trick.

    You could start with 180 grit and finish with 400 grit to make it smooth to slide in the holder smoothly

    and to sand it evenly i would hold the sandpaper in one hand and turn the blade in the other?
