    I always kinda wondered about that...

    what if you bought the cane and then moved to one of those states?
    Or got it as a gift from an out of state relative?
    Is it still illegal to have one?
    Or is it just illegal to use it to stun someone?
    Somehow, if you were in one of those states and were in a life-or-death situation, I can't really see a jury convicting you of using the cane to protect yourself.
