my saber so far
that is not powder coating it is some military grade silica paint or sumthin like that the guy who did it said i could slam it against a chisel and it will not chip ... I do not know for sure but it sounds pretty good. i will keep posting on this thread as i finish it more

your friend is correct.. silica based paints are TOUGH stuff.. Looks great and yeah I see the blue thing but I think its the background color or something but who cares its looking good anyway!! (Happy Holidays!)
