I got the 3W, with the white LED so I could try out the color disks, I've since got the Lee Filters swatch book, but haven't had time to really go through it.

You must be confused then as the 3W driver has nothing to do with sound... I was wondering why a question on that was here. The 3W driver is for the LED only. You can interface it with a sound module but alone it just powers the LED.
