Ok I know the OD of it is 1.25" but what is the over all length of it? I know the Heat sink that comes with it is 1" OD by 1" long. Anyone know?

According to the MHS Builder, which is to scale, it's just over 3" in length.

Not all the items in the builder are to the proper scale.
MPS#6 for example.
Maybe not, but if the heat sink is 1" long, then 3" for the blade holder would make sense. That would leave a 2" depth for the blade, which most of the other blade holders have.

3.218 is what I read from the top of the bladeholder to the bottom of the heatsink with the led, lens, and lens holder installed.
