Default My 1st MHS - Crusader

Well, here's the MKI for what I've been calling the 'Crusader'.

There's a bit more work to do, and I'm on the fence for any accent LEDs, but its quite functional.

It's a 'Hilt-Forward' design with a resistor driven Amber LuxIII fore, and an Obi-wan hasbro with twin motions and faced-speakers aft. They operate on a 4.5v 3xAAA, with a miniature SPST for the LED and a generic mini momentary for the soundboard.

The hilt is a single leather wrap over a sinktube, the seam is visible in the photos, but just barely irl. The Copper accents used to be a 1 1/2- 1 1/4 adapter.

Weathering was done with a high-speed wirewheel, and the sinktube is painted with a mix of clear semi-gloss enamel and black ink.

    Parts:
    5" Extension
    2" Extension
    Short Choke
    BH type 15
    MPS 4

Heres some close-ups in my gallery till I can get the re-sizes finished.

    Thanks for looking.
