Add on board issue

Hello everyone

i wanted to start this thread about hooking up and using the add on board.
I know there's a thread for board and schematic,but nothing on the actual usage,or experience with.If this falls under that thread ,than i apologize please move it if not ROLL ON.

Here's my ?
I have the sound card and LED adj driver+add on,with a DPST mom switch
when i press the switch the LED comes on but then it resets my sound card to stand by and sometimes it does it when i first fire it up throwing it all out of whack.
I am using a 7.2v AAA batt pack-the adj driver+add on is set @1000ma to a Ledengin 10w {2 green dies}in series the {HYP...the soundcard that shall not be named}
