Need urgent help with us 2.5

Alright, so i've finally started wiring Neo...
Now, the thing is, ive got the Battery (4.8V) and a speaker wired to the
US 2.5.

I can boot up fine, go into the menu and everything,
but when i'm Selecting Blade Frequency, and attach the Main LED (Seoul P4) at the Lux III
setting, the speaker faintly starts to buzz, in sync with the flicker effect.
This only gets louder when i use Lux III Overdrive mode.

EDIT: Did i mention it also it gets warm underneath the big black processor chips?

Any ideas on this quick?
I'm on a tight schedual and i need this fixed before next weekend...

Check all your solder joints. Make sure everything is isolated and nothing is grounding out. If you have any vib motors or anything extra I would try to disconnedt them and just go bare bones to test it. Double and tripple check all your connections and make sure even your switches are not grounding out against the hilt.

I did tell you to test it like 3 months ago...
But you waited

Is your pack fully charged? It looks like the LED is taking current away from the speaker.

EDIT: I actually think that some of the boards just do this. Does it still buzz over the actual sound of the saber?

I dont have vibs or anything installed yet, and all the parts are still
outside of the hilt.

And Skott: I tested it quite a while ago, and i had no such trouble.

It is normal for the US 2.5 to get warm since it does not do that great of a job with power/heat management. That is why you don't want to use too much more voltage than the voltage of the LED. Warm is normal, HOT is not good.

Its gonna get hot with pretty much anything over 1v unless you plug in the LED

Well, if warm is OK, then its all good, methinks.
Plus, apparently, it only does it during setup, with the LED attached.

And skott, it only got warm =with= the LED attached.

Anyway, i think ill just leave it for now, i was just wondering if
this was the sign of the Ultrasoundboardial Apocalypse...
