I think it's irresponsible that these are being sold to the general public. They are dangerous and there is no practical purpose for anyone to buy one for.

Pretty neat piece of tech. Could come in handy and many uses for it (as long as you're responsbile). So this has already been outlawed for anyone without a license, or it's in motion to be outlawed?
