i made them for my saber using steel cut out with a dremel and welded them on, but i have no pictures because i took the prongs off due to stabbing myself in the hand all the time []
i am a nerd, if you don't like it, i will cut you with my lightsaber

you can always try machining the metal out of sheet metal and anodizing it

i'll have to get a pic of the claws i made for my greatsaber. theyre just bolted on temp right now till i can get them welded on. its all from scratch. a t6 pipe aluminum and t6 aluminum 3/8 thick flat bar.

Cutting it out of polycarbonate sheet might work.

This company currently has some polycarbonate stuff on clearance, I'm not sure if this stuff is or not. (Btw, cool design, I hope you find somthing that works!)
