Hopefully you know that you'll need to drill a matching hole in your hilt in order to mount it.[]

I purchased an aluminum covertec button from Tim. The shops says it is curved for a 1.5 inch pipe. I attached it to a 1.375 inch pipe and it looks just fine.

    Here is how it looks:

Forgive the poor picture quality, I used a camera phone. Anyway, the button (wheel? knob?) is attached using a 6-32 x 1/2 inch button-head cap screw. I drilled and tapped a 6-32 thread hole in the hilt. For added security the screw also goes into a small 6-32 nut inside the hilt. I think an 8-32 screw would work too, but I have an over abundance of 6-32 machine screws.

Question, is the piece I purchased anodized? how about the blade holders?

Lightsaber Warning Label: "CAUTION: Do NOT attempt to sharpen blade."
