    Default Battery question

So I'm working on making my first saber and I have a question about using a rechargeable battery. If I use a Cyan Lux 3 with a battery pack using this PCB: http://www.thecustomsabershop.com/PC...acks-P482.aspx and two of these: http://www.thecustomsabershop.com/Li...0mAh-P480.aspx , do I need resistors and if so what strength? Keep in mind I'm not using a board of any kind, it is a direct connection through a recharge port and then straight through the LED and switch. Thanks in advance for any help

    1) read more, you will get flamed, alot! 2) Don't post same question in different sections, you will get flamed more 3) to anwser your question. Yes you would. A better question is why don't you just use one battery for that set up. Your resistor would be much smaller and you could get two of these for about the same price. They already have the pcbs. You could do two set-ups. There is also a tutorial on how to make a 7.4 out of those battery's if for some reason you think you need it .

I suppose I should've realized posting in two sections was a bad idea. First off, thanks for the answer and alternative Secondly, if I use one of those to power my Lux 3, what kind of resistor would I need to use?

Try the search function. Check out ohms law & google led resistor calculators.

    I would use this buckpuck.

You will get much better run times than you would with a resistor set up.

I condensed the two threads and deleted the spare. Please don't double post threads again
