UltraEdge vs building your own blade

Ok iv got most of the parts for my hilt so iv been doing some looking at the blade and iv got a question. I like the ultraedge blade from ultra sabers. However I was wanting to make my own. Is the white polly tube in Tims shop the same thing or is there a diff between the two? If not I was planning on a 35" white 1 in tube with 3/4 mirror and a quad wrap to even out the color.

Using the 1" tube with the 3/4 mirrio would y'all recomend the 5 or 10 deg lense?

The TCSS translucent white is similar to the mentioned. Are you doing tick or thin wall? The mirror & the lens will depend on this. For rebels use 8.7 degree lens.

I'm using a p4 green and plan on makeing a show style thin blade

For the p4 & thin 10 degree is normally recommended.
