    QFT. Can't say it much better than that.

    A word about your drill press setup - make sure it is on the slowest speed setting you have before putting saber parts on it. Spinning at 3200rpm (my drill's high speed) would be suicide

    i got a question, on your drill press lathe.. thingy, what are you using to ..... lathe the metal?

    Well i use a combination of files and sand paper mostly and for the heavy knockdown parts i actually use my angle grinder and sometimes my dremel to cut thin grooves. I run the drill press at the lowest speed and keep a soaking rag near by to cool the piece down as needed. I can't do any super cool like cuts but I can cut grooves, put bevels on things and shave down the OD of pipes if I need to.

    Nice to see someone else doing the drill press lathe thing, it dangerous as all get out but effective, great work.
