I'm happy to say everything I've ordered from Tim has arrived without incident [^]
I have received busted up shipments from UPS before, and it does suck! [}]
I think LAN had said before, UPS stands for Usually Poor Service [^][}][]

Im not a big of UPS either. I sent a saber just recently and the box was cut almost completely in half. The cut went almost all the way through one if Tim's 1/8" blades. I can only imagin how that happend. Then to make it worse they wouldnt cover the damage.

LOL!! I didn't thikn about that UPS employee having 7 years bad luck.... I think it's just the UPS places near me that they treat packages like crap... It seems like whenever they go through Indiana or I believe Kentucky or Tennessee they beat them.. The stuff out of New Jersey usually gets here OK. I'm going to say about 1 out of every 3 is beat up... Between me and my brother ordering stuff the UPS guy says we're one of the most visited residents here in town..
One day I had a package come and no one was home and the garage door was open and he sat the packages in the garage and closed the garage.. LOL!

I have had banged up stuff as well and I am guessing it is more of a problem with transportation then anything else. When something is shipped ground it has more time to get damage. I would also bet that with all the packages bundled on a pallet riding in a 48 foot trailer across country there would be more stress on the boxes with the constant shifting. Think of it this way, you sit on a box once it will hold but it weakens it, now do that 500 times and all the sudden the box is in rough shape. Just a thought.

So far I have been in reciept of perfect goodies inside so the box can look like whatever, but I feel for you guys having to deal with broken stuff.

Maybe I'm lucky that, so far, I've only ordered stuff that fits in a fairly small box, and it's just coming straight down the Pacific Coast.

I'm a little worried about ordering more blade tubes and a diffuser though. I'll have to make sure Tim puts the diffuser inside one of the poly C tubes though I'm sure he'd think of that himself.

Tim did that for me (put the diffuser inside the tube) so I'm sure he does it on all... I thought it was a nice thought. Not that I needed him to, but I bet it would help. Now if they bent PolyC, then you could be [!].

My guesstimate on this being a bad batch coming out of Washington. Every order I have done has come on the day predicted by UPS, my current order that is in route is already late and it looks to be either tomorrow or Thursday. Again just a guess but if I have a beat up box I will let ya'll know.

Well my newest order is being shipped by USPS Priority mail..
I found out shipping is a lil cheaper that day and it will arrive in 3 days for me, not a week..
