    OK, I am going to be building an LED MHS saber using one of the El-Cheapo Vader sound boards. Here's my electronics list so far:

    SPST Momentary Guarded switch with silver button
    Luxeon III/V Lens Holder
    Seoul P4 (White)
    Luxeon Collimator Lens 5 deg viewing angle
    4AAA battery holder
    BuckPuck 1000mA 4-wire
    Premium Speaker
    2 Wire quick connector (for LED end)
    4 Wire quick connector (for speaker end)
    Swing Sensor (at cardcollector's suggestion)

    Additionally, I'll be picking up a transistor from another vendor, at cardcollector's suggestion. All of the above will be going into a 7" MHS hilt with choke, pommel and blade holder.

    Did I miss anything?

    Recommended thumb screw length for blade retention screw on a LED blade holder style 7? I'd like for it to screw in all the way when the blade is in.

    That's a pretty thin blade holder, whichever you get, you're going to have to cut it down.

    but not as good as 10 degree...
