Thread: Weathering your copper saber

    Default Weathering your copper saber

hey i just found out a new way for ppl to weather their copper only sabers, go to a photography store, and ask them for silver nitrate, if they have it buy alot, then go home and pour it in a big containrer, put ur copper saber in there and it gives it a really mysterious/cool look, cause of the chemical reaction

Edit- do not try this, for i have not tried it yet, ive heard it gives u fantastic results.

In his defence, I told him to...

But he didn't say not to try it on the original topic. That's kind of odd.

uhhh prolly gonna be bout 90k cause silver nitrate is very acidic, so if u try on your own, please be extremely careful, wear latex gloves, wear eye protecion, and wear protective clothing. i have alot of experience with chemicals, because i have had 2 years of chemistry.

What school lets there kids use chemicals anymore? or am I the product of an underbudget public school?

My sci teacher had to fight to make disections part of his cirriculum for a Honors/Gifted class.[V]
