    Default Mag-litesaber

Here is my attempt at useing the maglite blade holders that have reccently come out on TCSS. I wanted to build something that would pass as a saber and could be easily converted back to a flashlight. I must say that these blade holders are a very brilliant idea especialy for makeing stunt sabers.

    So here's the parts:
    Maglite 2 d cell
TCSS d cell maglite blade holder
    Diamond-led K2 green conversion bulb
    5 degree lense and holder
1.25" conduit hub insulated throat from home depot (pommel)
    1.5" sinktube overlay
    1.5" slip joint washers

Shot two pics of it turned on, the first one is with the TCSS trans-green polyc blade with cellowrap in it the second is a thick wall clear polyc with cellowrap and glass frosting spay on outside. Might be brighter with thin wall.

Let me know what you think.

Wow! And I was underestimating the Mag light conversions.

Not as bad as you might think, it is acctualy rahter well balanced. And total cost is a little less then 70 bucks give or take shipping and sales tax.

GB you did an excellent job with that and you have shown that with the new parts available from tcss that a very well thought out saber can be made, KUDOS to you.
