Not sure why they dont list the specs but I have one and it is around 1.5" in diameter and I dont think they have narrow degree lens's. This holds star LED's which are around 3/4 in diameter so not sure how you came up with 3/4" across for the whole assembly.

Ahhhh..... looks like they dimensioned a star in the drawing. Sorry about that... that's where I got the 19.9MM dimension.
