    Yep, one in the same hell, some people call them Poppers... Me, I prefer Press Studs, as it sounds more accurate

    Velcro is a good choice, however you shouldnt need to have it done by a seamstress. It is relatively easy to sew yourself by hand (and more rewarding too). Also, before you do, make sure you wear the vest with the armour where it needs to be attached somehow (tape or other) and mark the edges of your armour. That way you know how much room you have to play with and rough placement of velcro.

    Best thing about it, you dont need it placed completely perfect/square on, and you dont need too much of it

    If you use a combination of snaps and velcro, you'll never have to worry about anything. If you do use snaps, be sure to get bigger ones. They hold better.
