The LED I got from JQsabers and it came with a resistor to get that purple. Don't ask me what it was!!! The optic is the same kind you can get here but its 6 degree.
As for the blade holder, I got Tim to turn down the O.D. to 1.125", thats all nothing else. I did have to sand down the set screws that holds in the heat sink in place, as they stuck out to much.
Was colors did the resistor have!?!?! take that baby apart and tell us!!!Just kidding (I saw your request...)
I don't like the look of the Jade Sabers, but i do appreciate how hard it is to make one, and kudos to you for doing such a superb job.
And how can you not like that purple...
