all of the above is correct... btw if you wan't that "lightsaber" feel to it (since your hilt probably has a LED in it) you can easly dual with a thick walled blade... VERY strong... my two cents.

I have to disgree with this...
I made a thinkwalled blade for my first lightsaber and hated it.
-it was VERY top heavy (almost a clublike feeling)
- and it dimmed the LED considerably

while thickwalls are 'nigh unbreakable unless you plan on doing some seriously insane dueling I don't reccomend them.

Not from the saber that I currently have a blade in and duel with. It's not set up as a belt hanger.

It fits into a nice, personalized fabric fishing rod holder with my Kendo shinai.
