Then that's probably why they weren't strong sellers.

    A) They're not a common design feature like covertech wheels (heck, only one movie saber sort-of had them.
    B) At that kind of price it certainly would not become a commonplace design feature - no matter how cool they looked

I think the claws would sell better without a mounting ring. Basically as long as you have a straight, smooth blade holder, Tim could offer milling grooves in the blade holder for the claws to sit in and bolt on (as well as drilling and tapping the holes for said claws of course). Mind you I don't know if this type of claw or this mounting service was available in the store before so I apologize if I'm covering something that was done in the past.

Claws directly on the hilt were not sold in the store originally. I had Tim modify mine so that they fit the curve of the blade holder.

So... if there are no claws from TCSS...

Does anyone have any suggestions on stock ways to drop the MHS down to the Parks standard of .758" OD size? I don't mind using a 3/4" blade.

Yeah... found that one a while back... very limited in use. I was hoping for something a bit less "spikey" and more claw like... but I might be trying some of them for a hilt design too.
