The led soldering looks right. I don't even know where to start. Maybe de-solder and re-solder check each wire as I go?
I actually read your post last night, but I doesn't look like that's...
I used small wire to do it. Yes. But bridged or not bridged, the power extender, the one the green is connected to, seems to always have a voltage running through it when the saber is powered but not...
Exposed wire was fixed. Resistors are further up the hilt. Sorry, should have mentioned that.
For some reason when I pull the kill key, the green LED (using a Tri-Cree R/G/rB) is always on. If I disconnect the negative from the power extender channel, then all is normal except green obviously...
Sorry for the double post, but I updated my parts list (1st post). I changed the design a bit (it's longer) and I decided on a different battery. Anything else?
Oh, ok. I was just a little concerned when it looked a little different in the manual. Thanks!

Well, I am stupid. I didn't realize that I had selected a double. I thought I had a single. Thanks for pointing that out.
Well, I guess I'll have to redesign another one. Not sure what to do now though.
Thanks anyway.
So, I need a shorter battery?
I looked at it again. I assume that the chassis will be in the way of the switches?
Here is my part list of what I am planning on ordering:
