I had the same problem with that, I just filed it down till it fit, file a bit, check, file some more, remember it's easier to remove a lil at a time than to much.
Those came out really great Rhyen, so which 1 u sendin me LOL.:wink::cool::D
Does it look like Matts setup, if it does, then it's the same, they did make 2 versions on the aotc saber, v1 sucked big time, v2 still had problems.

Considering that most if not all LEDs go for about 100,000 hrs at full power and voltage, I don't think 1 ohm is gonna make any difference. Most of us will have passed away by the time the LED...

OK, 1st off the cyan LUXIII uses 3.90vf at 1000 ma max. the puck needs 5 v to function, looking at the spec sheet for the puck you need 2 volts above what the value of the LED is so it looks like you...
