I'm waiting to hear if i can get the time off.

Yep all the internals are the "Joe Jedi" saber.
Used the plastic casing inside the aluminuim sleeve. With Tim's brilliant machining the switch holes were near on perfect, and the PC'd section...
It actually went together pretty easily.
I used the internal plastic housing cut down in lengthfor the sound board and switch.
Have a pair of pommels to use when i want it as single sabers...
Big thanks to Tim for making this come out as well as it has done.
All the machining and PC'ing was spot on.
Waiting on the speakers to turn up so i can get sound in.

Only a simple resistor set up, but a good step forward for me from turning a design to reality.
