Not advisable at all. Use a proper chassis solution. The store sells everything you need. You don’t necessarily have to use a 3D printed solution.

You need to find the specs of the led so that you can identify the forward voltage of the diodes. Then using that info, the battery voltage and ohms law you can determine your required resistance....
