I would do this a little bit differently. Tri-Rebel Greens tend to have a lower vF per die than the LedEngins. I would go Tri-Green with a single 18650 3.7v, using power extenders to allow each die...

There is a manual for the NB right on the NB page. I suggest reading it.

The NB also powers off a single 3.7v li-ion battery... So you can use a high powered 18650 and have longer battery life... But the PC has all the effects, and the CF blows them all away.

The rebel 8.7 degree lens has a higher light transmission efficency than the 5 degree. As well, it works with ALL the single die LEDs in the store. I only use them these days.

You cant use the existing sound card in an AOTC. Its not made for LED. Its made for EL wire.

Have any of you done this? Do the 4-40 screws hold the box to the section properly?

Also, if they dont have a rebel red, a rebel deep red is a great secondary choice.

It'll also work with blue. The only tricky color is green.

The only optics you can really get for that LED are a reflector. Thats why many prefer the LEDEngin LEDs.

The UV idea wont work at all dude. It'll be like a blacklight, but it'll cause cancer. Dont make a cancerstick!
