Yes. Wire's too cheap for you to have to scavenge for it. ;P Bought a big spooly of it at Radio Shack.

For construction, I had the same problems! Took a bit of effort to get the damn lense holder...

Wiring complete on an LED, but no hilt...
And a MR Anakin Episode 3 saber, now in pieces and awaiting the conversion kits.

Well, after making my first LED saber, I blinded half my family by saying "Hey! Look at this!" But I think there's enough crap caked on my glasses that it blocked out all the nasty blinding photons....

Meh. Just was in the mood to be a dumbass. :)

I've been lookign forward to teh Anakin kits for a while (as I'm sure no one else is. Nope. Nuh-uh. Couldn't be.)

Somewhat on topic: Silver Nitrate doesn't stain... It burns. The "weird black marks" left if you get it on your skin are burns. They're generall harmless unless you get a lot of it over a large part...
